WDB ACFT OVERFUELED; TAXIES OVER MAX TAXI WT.

Narrative

ACFT OVERFUELED BY 3000 LBS. FUELER FALSIFIED FUELING FORM; HOWEVER FE IDENTED PROB. EXCESS FUEL WAS ACCEPTED BY CREW. DURING PUSHBACK; FE DETERMINED THAT BECAUSE OF EXCESS FUEL; ACFT WOULD ARRIVE AT RWY 3000 LBS OVER MAX GROSS TKOF WT. CAPT STATED THAT IF PAPER WORK WAS SHOWING LEGAL WTS; THE FLT SHOULD PROCEED. FE AND FO REFUSED. CREW DECIDED TO BURN EXCESS FUEL DURING TAXI AND IN THE BLOCKS AT RWY. AFTER REACHING RWY; THE CREW REALIZED THAT THE ACFT HAD BEEN TAXIED IN EXCESS OF MAX TAXI WT. EXCESS FUEL WAS BURNED OFF AND A NORMAL TKOF MADE. A TKOF IN EXCESS OF MAX GROSS TKOF WT WAS PREVENTED BY FO AND FE. HOWEVER; THE DISTR OF THE ARGUMENT WITH THE CAPT DURING AND AFTER PUSHBACK PREVENTED THE TAXI WT ISSUE FROM COMING TO ANY OF THE 3 CREW MEMBER'S MINDS. COCKPIT RESOURCE MGMNT SHOULD POINT OUT THE LIKELIHOOD OF ADDITIONAL OVERSIGHTS WHILE RESOLVING ONE DISAGREEMENT. THE ORIGINAL PROB MUST BE RESOLVED; BUT CARE MUST BE TAKEN NOT TO ALLOW EMOTION OF THE MOMENT TO USE UP ALL RESIDUAL ATTN.
