THE WRONG ACFT IS USED TO FLY A TRIP. THEY HAD THE RIGHT PAX.

Narrative

ARRIVED AT PIA; WENT TO GATE SPECIFIED FOR OUR FLT: PIA TO MLI. BOTH PLTS WENT TO OPS TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK FOR THE FLT. FLT ATTENDANT AND I WERE AT ACFT AND COMPLETED OUR PREFLT. CAPT AND FO ARRIVED WITH PAPERWORK AND DID THEIR PREFLTS. SINCE I WAS IN A RUSH; I DID NOT THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE PAPERWORK. BRIEFED THE CREW AND THE FIRST INDICATION SOMETHING WAS AMISS WAS WHEN I BRIEFED THE ANTI-SKID WAS INOP -- SOMETHING BOTH PLTS WERE UNAWARE OF. WE USED ANTI-SKID INOP PROCS FOR TKOF DATA. NEXT INDICATION OF SOMETHING WRONG WAS THE ACARS NOT GIVING ME ANY DATA. AFTER TKOF; ONE OF THE PLTS NOTICED THE ACFT NUMBER DID NOT MATCH THE PAPERWORK. GOT NEW PAPERWORK AT MLI. I FEEL THIS PROB WAS A RESULT OF OUR BEING RUSHED FOR AN EARLY MORNING DEP (I USUALLY REVIEW THE ACFT NUMBER; TEMP AND ALTIMETER SETTING ON OUR WT AND TKOF DATA SHEET; BUT MISSED THE ACFT NUMBER IN THE RUSH TO MAKE AN ON-TIME DEP. MY ATTN WAS ALSO DIVERTED BY THE ANTI-SKID PROCS. HAVING THE WRONG ACFT AT THE GATE SERVED TO LEAD US DOWN THE 'PRIMROSE PATH. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 252583: IN THIS CASE; OPS WAS BOARDING AND FUELING THE WRONG ACFT; AND WE DIDN'T CATCH IT.
