Narrative
THE #2 ENG MINI TURBINE WAS OVERFLOWN BY 110 CYCLES. COMPONENTS OVERFLOWN WERE THE FIRST STAGE WHEEL P/N #A SERIAL #OB AND THE SECOND STAGE WHEEL P/N #C; SERIAL #OD. TOTAL TIME 1157.4 HRS AND 3110 CYCLES. THESE TURBINE WHEELS COMPRISE MINI TURBINE SECTION WHICH WAS INSTALLED ON A TURBINE ENG; SERIAL #E. I HAVE TRACKED THE LIFE AND CYCLE LIMITED ITEMS ON A PROGRAM I HELPED DESIGN FOR 5 YRS NOW. THE PROGRAM WAS WRITTEN ON COMPUTER PROGRAM F. RECENTLY; THE COMPANY UPGRADED TO COMPUTER PROGRAM G. SINCE THEN; I HAVE HAD A LOT OF PROBS WITH MY COMPUTER IN THIS PROGRAM. OBVIOUSLY; I HAVE NOT PAID PROPER ATTN TO THE LIFE AND CYCLE LIMITED PARTS PROGRAM. SINCE THIS OCCURRENCE; OUR NEW PARTS COORDINATOR IS UNDERTAKING THE TASK OF UPDATING AND PRINTING WKLY STATUS RPTS OF THE ACFT CYCLE AND LIFE LIMITED COMPONENTS. COPIES ARE SENT TO EACH ACFT CREW; THE DIRECTOR OF MAINT AND ALSO POSTED UNDER THE ACFT INSPECTION STATUS BOARD. WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING AT DIFFERENT COMPUTER PROGRAMS THAT ARE MORE COMPREHENSIVE.
