2 SMA SEL ACFT LANDED ON OPPOSITE ENDS OF THE RWY AT AN UNCTLED ARPT CAUSING BOTH ACFT TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION IN MOVING TO THE SIDE OF AND EXITING THE RWY.
Narrative
UNICOM FREQ CHANGED FROM 122.8 TO 123.0 AND THIS CHANGE WAS NOT ON THE LATEST SECTIONAL. THIS CHANGE HAS BEEN NOTAMED FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS. ARPTS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE FREQS UNTIL CHARTS SHOW THIS CHANGE. WHILE MONITORING THE PROPER UNICOM FREQ I ANNOUNCED ON UNICOM I WAS ENTERING THE PATTERN ON XWIND AT PATTERN ALT. I SAW A HIGH WING SINGLE ENG SMA SEL S AND E OF THE ARPT AFTER PASSING OVER RWY 14. AS THE SMA SEL CONTINUED ON; I TURNED DOWNWIND FOR RWY 14. I ANNOUNCED AND TURNED L BASE AND FINAL FOR RWY 14. AS I FLARED TO LAND I SAW A HIGH WING SINGLE ENG SMA SEL ON THE RWY TAXIING TOWARDS ME. I WAS TAUGHT BY MY FIRST INSTRUCTOR TO ALWAYS LAND SLOW ENOUGH JUST AS IF YOU HAD LOST YOUR BRAKES. I WAS ABLE TO TAKE THE FIRST HIGH SPD EXIT WITHOUT ANY CONFLICT; BUT THE SMA SEL DID SWERVE TO THE R FOR SAFETY. IN THE FBO THE PLT AND WIFE BOTH ADMITTED THAT THEY NEVER HEARD MY XMISSIONS; THAT THE WIND SOCK WAS IN THE WRONG LOCATION AND THAT THEY WERE ON THE OLD UNICOM FREQ; THAT THEY LANDED ON RWY 32.
