AN ACR MLG RETURNED AND LANDED WITH MULTIPLE PROBS.
Narrative
WHILE CONDUCTING THE COCKPIT PREFLT; THE WINDSHEAR INOP LIGHT ON THE ANNUNCIATOR PANEL REMAINED ON SO THE MCI COORDINATOR WAS CALLED. ABQ CONTRACT MAINT WAS CALLED TO PULL AND COLLAR THE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND DEFER THE ITEM. THEN WE NOTICED THAT EITHER #1 OR #2 SELECTED; THE ALT WINDOW WOULD NOT ARM. THAT ITEM WAS DEFERRED. THE AUTO LAND ON BOTH THE #1 AND #2 DFGS WAS INOP AND IT WAS DEFERRED. DISPATCH WAS NOTIFIED AND AN AMENDMENT TO OUR RELEASE WAS SENT. ON TAXI OUT THE ART INOP LIGHT REMAINED ON WITH TKOF SELECTED ON THE TRI AND THE ART SWITCH IN AUTO. THE APPROPRIATE PROC WAS FOLLOWED AND WE TOOK OFF. ON THE TKOF ROLL; THE AUTOTHROTTLE WOULD NOT ENGAGE AND REMAINED OFF. WHEN CLEANING THE ACFT UP; THE VERT SPD WHEEL WOULD NOT MOVE AND; WITH FURTHER INDICATIONS; WE DETERMINED NEITHER DFGS WAS WORKING NOR WOULD THE AUTOPLT ENGAGE. WHILE WE WERE WORKING THROUGH THIS WE NOTICED THAT THE STALL INDICATION FAIL LIGHT IS ON AND AFTER A SHORT TIME CYCLED OFF. THE APPROPRIATE PROC WAS COMPLIED WITH AND WE DECIDED TO RETURN TO ABQ NOT KNOWING WHAT OTHER INDICATIONS AND MALFUNCTIONS WE WOULD ENCOUNTER. WHILE ON APCH; AFTER FLAPS ARE PARTIALLY EXTENDED; THE SPOILER/FLAP EXTENDED LIGHT CAME ON. THE SPOILER HANDLE WAS NORMAL AND THEN SHORTLY THE LIGHT WENT OUT. WHILE ON APCH; THE SPOILER/FLAP EXTENDED LIGHT AND THE SIF LIGHT CYCLED ON AND OFF SEVERAL TIMES. I DISLIKED HAVING TO BRING THE ACFT AND PAX BACK TO ABQ WITH NO COMPANY MAINT; BUT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE DETERIORATING SYS ON THE ACFT. WITH US ON THE JUMPSEAT WAS FAA INSPECTOR DOING AN ENRTE INSPECTION WHO COMMENTED AFTERWARD THAT HE FELT WE HAD MADE THE R DECISIONS. WHILE SITTING AT THE GATE BEFORE DEP IN DAYLIGHT CONDITIONS; AN ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE TO PAX THAT ALL PWR WOULD BE SHUT DOWN ON THE ACFT FOR APPROX 20 SECONDS AND THEN RESTORED. ALL INDICATIONS REMAINED THE SAME AFTER THE PROC. ACCELEROMETER WAS REPLACED AND CORRECTED THE PROB.
