TWIN ENG ACFT HAS NMAC WITH SINGLE ENG ON LNDG ROLL AT RWY INTXN.
Narrative
I LEFT PHF VFR TO PVG. I SPOKE TO PHF CTLRS OR RADIO #1 ND LEFT. APPROX 8 MI/4 MI/DOWNWIND; BASE AND FINAL TO PVG; I CALLED ASKING FOR THE RWY IN USE AT PVG. ( IT IS ABOUT 30 MI FROM PVG.) I RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM ANYONE ON THE PVG UNICOM; AND SINCE IT WAS A HOLIDAY AND PHF CTLRS SAID THERE WAS NO 'RPTED' TFC; I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS UNUSUAL. I FOUND THE WINDSOCK; WHICH FAVORED RWY 10 (IT BLEW SLIGHTLY FAVORING 10 -- IT WAS ABOUT 070 DEGS). I LANDED AND UPON ROLLOUT AT THE INTXN OF RWYS 10/2; I ENCOUNTERED ANOTHER ACFT (SINGLE ENG CESSNA). IT WAS TOO LATE TO GAR; STOP; OR EVEN AVOID. LUCKILY THE OTHER ACFT HAD AIRSPD AND WAS ABLE TO 'HOP' OVER ME AT THE INTXN. I WAS NEVER SO SURPRISED BECAUSE I KNEW WE WOULD CRASH. HE HAD THE AIRSPD; LUCKILY -- OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE SPEARED HIM AND MY ENGS WOULD HAVE WRAPPED AROUND HIS ACFT. I FOUND OUT LATER MY RADIO HAD FAILED UPON LEAVING PHF (5 MIN BEFORE!) AND THEY WERE USING RWY 2! I SHOULD HAVE CHKED PVG USING MY #2 RADIO; BUT DID NOT BECAUSE I HAD JUST USED #1 AND IT WAS OKAY. BUT IN THE FUTURE; IF I RECEIVE NO REPLY ON A UNICOM FREQ; I WILL ALWAYS SWITCH TO #2 TO CONFIRM. ALSO; I'LL LOOK EVEN HARDER FOR OTHER ACFT. I LOOKED AND SAW ONE; BUT IT WAS UP HIGHER THAN PATTERN ALT (ABOUT 1500 FT).
