Narrative

ACR X WAS ON MY FREQ. SECTOR WAS VERY BUSY. I DSNDED ACR X FROM FL250 TO FL240 AND THEN SWITCHED TO SECTOR 19 FREQ. AT THE SAME TIME; CPR Y WAS UNDER ACR X AT FL230 AND IN SECTOR 19 AIRSPACE WITH NO POINTOUT. CPR Y'S RTE WAS CONFIRMED (RERTE) AND SWITCHED TO SECTOR 58. SECTOR 19 THEN DSNDED THE ACR X AND CONFLICT ALERT WAS OBSERVED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED ACFT INVOLVED WERE A B737 AND A LR25. RPTR STATED WHEN CPR Y WAS RERTED HE POINTED OUT THE ACFT TO THE SECTOR HE COORDINATED WITH BUT FAILED TO GIVE A HDOF OR POINTOUT TO SECTOR 19 THAT CPR Y WAS GOING TO TRANSGRESS. CPR Y WAS RADAR HDOF TO THE NEXT SECTOR SO SECTOR 19 DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE ACFT. A SYS ERROR WAS FILED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 263722: CPR Y WAS ENRTE FROM RIC TO ISP CLBING. HE WAS STOPPED AT FL230 FOR A FINAL AND COORDINATED WITH SECTOR BELOW OURS. WE OWN FL240 AND ABOVE. HE SAID POINTOUT APPROVED. ACR X WAS DSNDED TO FL240 AND HANDED OFF TO R19. CPR Y WAS TRANSFERRED (HANDED OFF) TO R58. I SAW 190 ENTERED IN ACR X DATA BLOCK. I CALLED R19 TO VERIFY. HE SAW CPR Y AND TO ENSURE HE WASN'T DSNDING ACR X; HE SAID HE WAS DSNDING ACR X AND HE WASN'T AWARE OF CPR Y BELOW HIS ACR X. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 263850: ACR X WAS UNDER MY CTL OF FL240. ACR X WAS DSNDED TO FL190. THERE WAS A CPR Y UNDER ACR X AT FL230 WHICH WAS IN MY AIRSPACE WITHOUT A POINTOUT. THE LIMITED DATA BLOCK WAS BELOW MY FULL DATA BLOCK AND THE 2 ACFT WERE LTSS.
