REDUCING SPD FROM 170 KTS ASSIGNED TO 140 KT TARGET; LOWERING GEAR AND FLAPS. STRONG SURFACE WIND; 300/15 PLUS 25; DUST PLUMES ON GND; SHORT FINAL FOR RWY 26L. TCASII IN TA TO PREVENT NUISANCE ALERTS FROM PARALLEL APCHS. FO FLYING; UTTERS 2 WORD PHRASE; POINTS OUT COMMUTER (STRETCH BEECH?) GOING BY APPROX 200 FT ABOVE AND 300 FT TO OUR R; APPROX 20 KTS FASTER; PARALLEL APCH TO RWY 25. CLOSEST POINT OF APCH ALREADY PAST; SEPARATION INCREASING; SO CONTINUED APCH AND LANDED. RWY 25 TFC NEVER GIVEN TO US AND IF IT HAD BEEN WE WOULD NOT HAVE EXPECTED TO SEE HIM AS HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED BEHIND US IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN VISUAL ON US. TRIPLE PARALLEL VISUALS TO CLOSELY SPACED RWYS IS A BAD OP IN ANY CASE BUT WITH WIND SHEAR APCHING GAR CRITERIA AND THE RESULTANT POTENTIAL FOR NO WARNING MISSED APCH IT SHOULD BE CALLED OFF. THE NEW DENVER ARPT CANNOT OPEN TOO SOON FOR ME.
