INSTRUCTOR WITH STUDENT IN SMA LANDS GEAR UP.

Narrative

INSTRUCTOR AND PLT WERE DOING LCL TFC PATTERN. AFTER TKOF THE PLT TURNED DOWNWIND. AIRSPD WAS TOO HIGH TO LOWER GEAR ABEAM TWR SO IT WAS NOT PUT DOWN AT THE PROPER TIME. PLT STARTED TO BE BLOWN BY WIND TOWARD THE RWY AT WHICH TIME I STARTED TO TELL HIM TO TURN AWAY AND MOVE AWAY FROM RWY. AS PLT STARTED TO TURN BASE LEG HE BECAME BLOWN INTO THE FINAL APCH COURSE OF THE OTHER PARALLEL RWY. AFTER CORRECTING THE SIT AND REALIGNING WITH OUR RWY (16R); WE CROSSED THE THRESHOLD TO LAND. AS I LOOKED TO SEE A GEAR DOWN INDICATION WITH INDICATOR LIGHT THERE WAS NONE. I PROCEED TO TELL PLT TO GAR 4 TIMES. AS I ATTEMPTED TO ADVANCE THE THROTTLES WE TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RWY. ON PREVIOUS TIMES AROUND THE TFC PATTERN A PRELNDG CHKLIST ON THE INST PANEL WAS USED. ON THE LAST FLT AROUND THE TFC PATTERN GEAR EXTENSION WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF HIGH AIRSPD BUT NEVER RECHKED. GEAR INDICATOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHKED ON BASE LEG; BUT PLT BECAME PREOCCUPIED WITH CORRECTING FOR OVERSHOOTING THE RWY. NO FLAP WARNING HORN SOUND BECAUSE THIS WAS TO BE A NO FLAP LNDG. NO WARNING HORN FOR REDUCED PWR WAS HEARD EITHER.
