PLT OF AN ATX SMA SEL REFUELED AN FAA INSPECTOR 'RAMP' INSPECTION REQUEST.

Narrative

REFUSED A RAMP INSPECTION; DID NOT SHOW LICENSE (WAS NOT ASKED); AND DISTANCE FROM ACFT TO 3 PAX WAITING WAS QUESTIONABLE. I DEPLANED L; AND WAITED TO BOARD AGAIN FOR BOISE. AN FAA PERSON SHOWED IDENT AND ASKED TO RAMP ME. I REFUSED; TELLING HIM I WAS FIGHTING WX. OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES WERE THAT I FUELED MY ACFT AND ANOTHER NEXT TO ME WITH A PLT ON MY TRAIL BECAUSE SHE WAS A NEW CHARTER PLT AND NOT USED TO THE WX; SMOKE; AND WE NEEDED TO DROP HER PLANE ENRTE. PAX WERE GOING WITH ME. TSTMS WERE ENRTE TO BOISE. I HAD STARTED DUTY AT XF30 AND NEEDED TO BE ON BOISE BY XT30. THE RAMPING WOULD HAVE SET ME BACK SINCE MY NEXT TO LAST RAMP WAS 20-30 MINS. I WAS IN A HURRY; TOTALLY FOCUSED ON MY JOB AT HAND. MY SAFETY LIMITATIONS INVOLVED LIMITING DISTRS SUCH AS TALKING; GOING TO THE OFFICE AT ATX. MY TRAILING PLT WAS NOT RAMPED; AND HAD TO GO TO THE RESTROOM MAKING IT NECESSARY TO FUEL HER ACFT. THE NEXT MORNING ABOUT X-Y AM; BOTH INSPECTORS DID NOT CHOOSE TO RAMP ME; BUT DID RAMP THE ACFT NEXT TO MINE.
