ACR MLG DEPARTS THE GATE ON A QUICK TURN. CREW DISCOVERS THAT THEY HAD NOT BEEN REFUELED AND RETURNS TO THE GATE.

Narrative

WE ARRIVED AT THE GATE IN GSO AT AM30 LCL. THE CAPT WENT TO GET THE PAPERWORK FOR THE CONTINUATION OF FLT FROM GSO-ATL; I WENT OUTSIDE AND PERFORMED THE WALK AROUND INSPECTION. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR A 20 MIN QUICK TURN SO THINGS WERE MOVING FAIRLY FAST IN OUR COCKPIT SETUP ITEMS/CHKLIST ITEMS. THE FSM HANDED US OUR PAPERWORK THAT HE RECEIVED FROM THE GATE AGENT. I NOTICED THAT WE HAD A FUEL SLIP ALSO. THINGS WERE RUSHED. WE PUSHED BACK FROM THE GATE AND TAXIED OUT. AS WE TAXIED OUT WE NOTICED THAT OUR FLT PLAN TOW DIDN'T MATCH WITH OUR FMC TOW. AS WE WERE RESEARCHING THE PROB; WE THOUGHT THAT WE HAD A BAD FUEL GAUGE(S); THEN WE CHKED THE FUEL SLIP AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS FOR THE INBOUND FLT. (FOR THIS LEG THAT WE WERE ON WAS A THROUGH FLT.) DURING THIS INVESTIGATION ATC HAD US CALL OUR COMPANY. WHEN WE CALLED OUR COMPANY THEY TOLD US THAT WE DID NOT HAVE A FUEL SLIP. WE HAD ALREADY MADE THE DETERMINATION THAT WE DID NOT GET FUELED IN GSO. WE THEN ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE GATE FOR MORE FUEL.
