AN LTT RPTS A NEAR MISS WITH AN HVT WHILE TAXIING.

Narrative

TAXIING OUT FROM FBO LOCATED ON N SIDE OF RWY 10L/28R; THE GND CTLR CLRED US TO TAXI 'TO' RWY 28R. DEPARTING THE RAMP THIS WAS A TURN ONTO THE PARALLEL TXWY TO THE L. THE CTLR WAS WORKING GND; TWR; APCH; DEP AND CLRNC FREQS. AS WE BEGAN TAXI WE DISCUSSED USING RWY 10L AND THE COPLT CALLED ON GND AND REQUESTED RWY 10R. I STOPPED JUST PRIOR TO THE PARALLEL BUT SLIGHTLY INTO THE TAXI SPACE. THE CTLR SAID WE COULD TAXI TO RWY 10R AT WHICH TIME I LOOKED TO THE R ONLY TO SEE AN AIRLINER (HVY) TAXIING TOWARD US AT WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE AN EXCESSIVE TAXI SPD AND WAS ONLY VISIBLE BY THE TAXI LIGHT LOCATED ON THE NOSE GEAR STRUT. THE COPLT CALLED GND AND TOLD HIM TO HAVE THE AIRLINER STOP OR HE WAS GOING TO HIT US. THE AIRLINER WAS APPARENTLY ON TWR FREQ. THE AIRLINER FINALLY SAW US; MADE A SLIGHT TURN AND STOPPED. THE TURN KEPT HIS L WINGTIP FROM HITTING THE TOP OF THE NOSE/COCKPIT. WE TOLD ACR HE COULD CLR US AND TO HAVE HIM CONTINUE TO TAXI. I BELIEVE THIS WAS A RESULT OF A CTLR HAVING TO WORK TOO MANY FREQS AND HIM NOT ASSIGNING A COMMON FREQ SO ALL TFC COULD MONITOR OTHER TFC.
