AIR REFUELING ALONG AR112 EBOUND; BY 2 KC135'S -- RFL X AND Y AND 2 B52'S BMB Z (FLT OF 2) (I BELIEVE WERE THE CORRECT CALL SIGNS). LINDBERGH MOA GOING ACTIVE TO FL330. THE REFUELING WAS FL240 BLOCK TO FL270. ANTICIPATING A CONFLICT WITH LINDBERGH MOA; I STARTED COORDINATING WITH SURROUNDING SECTORS ON HOW I WOULD SPLIT UP THE FLT. I THEN REQUESTED FROM THE FLTS RTE AND ALT REQUESTS. I ASSIGNED RFL X FL260 AND DIRECT IAB RFL Y FL270 AND A HDG OF 350 DEGS TO STAY W OF LINDBERGH; BMB Z (FLT OF 2) FL240 BLOCK TO FL250 AND A HDG OF 270 DEGS. RFL X AND Y MADE WIDE SWEEPING TURNS; AND SUBSEQUENT TURNS WERE ISSUED. THE FLT HAD BEEN TOLD OF THE LINDBERGH MOA YET SEEMED UNCONCERNED AND UNCOOPERATIVE. I HAD ISSUED A XPONDER CODE AND FREQ FOR THE BMB Z FLT. HOWEVER; I DID NOT TALK TO THE BMB Z FLT UNTIL IT HAD PENETRATED THE LINDBERGH MOA PROTECTED AIRSPACE ABOUT 40 MI LATER. I HAD REQUESTED THE BMB Z. FLT ON A HDG OF 270 DEGS THEN 250 DEGS THROUGH RFL X. I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED RFL X TO PUT THE BMB Z FLT ON MY FREQ TO NO AVAIL. THE IMPORT OF HDGS TO MISS LINDBERGH MOA HAD BEEN GIVEN TO THE LEAD ACFT; RFL X; WELL IN ADVANCE OF BREAKUP AT AR112 EXIT POINT. REQUESTS FOR TURNS; TIGHTER TURNS; TO TALK TO OTHER ACFT IN THE FLT; AND ASSIGNMENT OF HDGS TO OTHER ACFT IN THE FLT; ALL WERE PERCEIVED TO BE IGNORED OR LACKADAISICAL IN COMPLIANCE.
