MULTIPLE RWY OP X HAD LTSS WITH Y OFF PARALLEL RWY.

Narrative

ON THE MORNING OF MY QUICK TURN AROUND SHIFT (TYPICALLY THIRD DAY OF WORK WK WHERE YOU RPT FOR AN EARLY MORNING SHIFT AFTER HAVING WORKED UNTIL LATE THE NIGHT BEFORE); WHILE WORKING LCL CTL FOR THE 25 COMPLEX AT LAX; I TRIED TO PUT AN ACR B767 INTO POS ON RWY 25R FOR DEP. AT THIS TIME THE PLT TOLD ME HE DID NOT HAVE HIS NUMBERS AND WAS NOT READY FOR DEP. I SUBSEQUENTLY CLRED A COMMUTER ACFT (BE02) FOR TKOF FROM THE INTXN BEHIND WHERE 1ST ACR WAS HOLDING. THE COMMUTER DEPARTED; AT WHICH TIME THE NEXT ACR; ALSO A B767K; WAS APCHING THE RWY. I TRIED TO PUT THE SECOND IN POS AT WHICH POINT THE PLT TOLD ME HE DIDN'T HAVE HIS NUMBERS EITHER AND WAS NOT READY TO GO. IT WAS AT THIS POINT THAT I BECAME ANGRY AT THE ACR PLTS FOR NOT ADVISING ME (OR GND) ON THEIR TAXI OUT THAT THEY WEREN'T READY OR WERE HAVING SOME PROBS. I PERSONALLY DON'T MIND; BUT LIMITED SPACE AT THE END OF THE RWYS CAUSES UNNECESSARY DELAYS FOR THE OTHER ACFT WAITING TO DEPART. AS A RESULT OF MY ANGER ON THIS HAPPENING I LET MY ATTN FOCUS UPON THE ACR'S NOT READY RATHER THAN THE COMMUTER. I FAILED TO GIVE THE COMMUTER X A REQUIRED 200 DEG HDG AND HAD LTSS WITH ACFT Y OFF PARALLEL RWY.
