LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative

WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VISUAL RWY 33R AT BALTIMORE BY BWI APCH. I DON'T THINK HE EVER PASSED US OVER TO TWR FREQ AND WE LANDED RWY 33R AT BWI WITHOUT CLRNC TO LAND. UNAWARE OF ANY TFC CONFLICT; AND WE CLRED RWY; CALLED GND; AND TAXIED TO THE GATE. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THAT WE LANDED WITHOUT A CLRNC; BUT WE WERE NEVER ON THE TWR FREQ. WE WERE DISTRACTED BY A NUMBER OF THINGS ON FINAL APCH TO THE ARPT. THE FIRST WAS THE FACT THAT IT WAS WINDY AND WE WERE LNDG ON A VERY SHORT RWY (ABOUT 5000 FT) FOR OUR ACFT. I HAD NEVER FLOWN WITH THIS COPLT BEFORE AND WE ARE BOTH BASED AT RDU BUT WERE ON TEMPORARY DUTY OUT OF JFK. WE HAD BOTH FLOWN ONLY ABOUT 10 HRS IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS AND WERE UNFAMILIAR WITH THIS RTE; AND NEITHER OF US HAD FLOWN INTO JFK OR BWI IN QUITE SOME TIME. WHILE I DID REVIEW BOTH ARPTS AND NOTAMS; WX CONDITIONS; ETC PRIOR TO OUR FLT; SINCE I HAD NOT BEEN FLYING MUCH RECENTLY I WAS CONCERNED WITH MAKING SURE OUR APCH WAS GOOD; WE WERE AT THE PROPER AIRSPDS; AND ALL CHKLISTS HAD BEEN ACCOMPLISHED AND SUBSEQUENTLY MISSED THE FACT THAT MY FO NEVER WENT TO THE TWR FREQ AND GOT A LNDG CLRNC.
