THE FLC OF A SCHEDULED ACR DEPARTED THE GATE WITHOUT WT AND BAL INFO; DID NOT FOLLOW A BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST; AND THEN EXECUTED THE TKOF; AND INITIAL CLB; BASED UPON INACCURATE PERFORMANCE DATA.

Narrative

LAST DAY OF A 4 DAY TRIP. WE WERE LATE DEPARTING THE GATE DUE TO LATE BOARDING AND CARGO LOADING. THE CAPT WAS IN A RUSH FOR NO REASON AT ALL. HE WAS LIKE THAT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE 4 DAY TRIP. HE IS A VERY SENIOR CAPT; HAVING FLOWN FOR THE COMPANY FOR 30 YRS. THE DEPARTING GATE WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE DEPARTING RWY. I WAS ON THE PA WHILE THE CAPT ACCEPTED A TKOF CLRNC. PRIOR TO ROLLING; I HAD FINISHED MY PA ANNOUNCEMENT AND INFORMED THE CAPT THAT I HAD FINISHED. I ALSO REMINDED HIM THAT WE DID NOT HAVE THE WT AND BAL INFO. HE STARTED THE TKOF ROLL AND SAID THAT WE DID NOT NEED THEM (THE NUMBERS). I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE WAS DOING THIS. AT THIS POINT I FOUND THE SIT VERY DIFFICULT TO HANDLE. IF WE HAD NOT STARTED THE TKOF ROLL; I WOULD HAVE SET THE PARKING BRAKE; AND DEMANDED TO RETURN TO THE GATE; AND WALKED OFF THE AIRPLANE. I WOULD NOT LET THIS EVER HAPPEN AGAIN. ON THE TKOF; I GAVE HIM MAX PWR; AND THE NUMBERS FOR THE HIGHEST TKOF GROSS WT; STABILIZER TRIM WAS ON TKOF RANGE. THE TKOF WAS NORMAL; AND WITH NO PROBS. I WILL NOT STEP INTO AN AIRPLANE WITH THIS PARTICULAR CAPT; UNLESS HE IS WILLING TO DO THINGS THE WAY THAT THE COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCS SPECIFY.
