RPTR TAKES OFF FROM AN INTXN WITHOUT CONSULTING APPROPRIATE PERFORMANCE CHARTS.
Narrative
WHILE WAITING FOR TKOF CLRNC ON RWY 30R (APPROX #9 IN SEQUENCE); THE TWR CTLR ASKED IF WE COULD DEPART FROM INTXN SIERRA; 7500 FT OF RWY AVAILABLE. I RESPONDED STANDBY; SO THAT I COULD CHK THE PERFORMANCE DATA. IN TURN THE CTLR RESPONDED THAT WE HAD ABOUT 30 SECONDS BECAUSE OF TFC ON FINAL. THE CAPT THEN TOLD THE CTLR WE COULD DEPART AND TOLD ME WE WOULD USE MAX ALLOWABLE TKOF PWR. THE TWR CTLR CLRED US FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF. WHILE I WAS ATTEMPTING TO DETERMINE OUR PERFORMANCE DATA; THE CAPT CALLED FOR THE PRE- TKOF CHKLIST AS WE TAXIED ONTO THE RWY. I PUT AWAY THE RWY ANALYSIS BOOK WITHOUT HAVING TIME TO CHK THE DATA FOR THE INTXN; ACCOMPLISHED THE PRE- TKOF CHKLIST AND TOOK CTL OF THE ACFT FOR TKOF WITHOUT INCIDENT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TKOF ON THIS RWY WITH THIS COMPANY. I ASSUMED THE CAPT KNEW WE HAD DATA FOR THIS INTXN DEP; WE HAD A RELATIVELY LIGHT LOAD WITH A REDUCED PWR TKOF FIGURED FOR A FULL LENGTH DEP. ONCE AT CRUISE; BOTH THE CAPT AND I LOOKED AT THE RWY ANALYSIS BOOK AND SAW THERE WAS NO DATA FOR THIS INTXN. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS TKOF WAS UNSAFE. WE HAD PLENTY OF AVAILABLE RWY; LOW WT; MAX PWR; LOW V-SPDS. IT SIMPLY WAS CONTRARY TO COMPANY PROCS AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INITIATED.
