Narrative
I WAS FLYING MY BEECHCRAFT 35-B33 TO MY HOME BASE OF WILLIAMS GATEWAY ARPT (IWA) TO LAND. CONDITIONS WERE: MODERATE TURB; VISIBILITY 5 MI (DUSTY) WITH STORMS APCHING FROM THE W. IWA'S RECORDED ATIS INFORMED ME THAT THE TWR WAS CLOSED. AFTER ANNOUNCING MY INTENTIONS ON THE CTAF (WHICH I DID BEFORE EVERY MANEUVER); I CIRCLED THE ARPT AND DETERMINED THAT THE WINDS WERE STRONG AND GUSTY (20-30 KTS) OUT OF THE W. I ATTEMPTED TO LAND ON RWY 30L AND ABORTED DUE TO THE GUSTY XWINDS. MY AIRPLANE HAS A XWIND LIMITATION OF 17 KTS. I CIRCLED THE ARPT THEN ATTEMPTED TO LAND ON RWY 30L AND AGAIN ABORTED DUE TO XWINDS. I CIRCLED THE ARPT TWICE; AND DURING THAT TIME I LISTENED TO NEAR BY FALCON FIELD (FFZ) ARPT ATIS AND DETERMINED THAT THE XWINDS THERE WERE ABOVE MY 17 KTS LIMITATION. THERE APPEARED TO BE A LOWERING OF THE WINDS SO I ATTEMPTED ANOTHER RWY 30L LNDG; WINDS INCREASED SO I ABORTED AGAIN. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE APCHING WX. WITH NUMEROUS VISUALS AND NO ONE ELSE XMITTING ON THE CTAF I ANNOUNCED MY INTENTIONS TO LAND ON THE TXWY BTWN RWYS 12C AND 12R WHICH WAS ON THE WIND LINE. I CIRCLED TO THAT POS AND SUCCESSFULLY/SAFELY LANDED ON THE TXWY BTWN 12C AND 12R WITHOUT INCIDENT. MY FINAL CTAF XMISSION WAS THAT I WAS CLR OF ALL RWYS; THEN I TAXIED TO PARKING.
