ACR LEFT ITS ALT ON A LOC APCH BEFORE THE STEP-DOWN POINT.
Narrative
WE WERE CLRED DIRECT PGY AND TOLD TO EXPECT VECTORS TO LOC 27 SAN; BEING FLOWN ALL NIGHT FROM HNL. DURING THE DSCNT; THE CAPT CALLED FOR THE APCH CHKLIST. WE WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE FIRST 3 ITEMS ON THE CHKLIST DUE TO SWITCH POS BEING MOVED. I SUGGESTED HOLDING THE CHKLIST UNTIL I COULD GIVE THE PROPER RESPONSE. THE CAPT GOT VERY UPSET AND SAID HE WANTED THE CHKLIST NOW AND THAT IF HE COULDN'T REMEMBER TO POS THOSE 3 SWITCHES CORRECTLY; HE DIDN'T DESERVE TO BE IN HIS PRESENT POS. I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET ALONG WITH THE CAPT FOR 3 DAYS ON THIS TRIP AND HAD TO WORK VERY HARD TO GET ALONG WITH HIM ON A 3-DAY TRIP THE PREVIOUS WK. HIS RESPONSE REALLY UPSET ME AND I LET MYSELF BE TAKEN OUT OF THE LOOP. SAN APCH THEN DSNDED US TO 2100 FT MSL; OUR POS WAS ON DOWNWIND AT APPROX 12 DME WHEN WE COMPLETED THE DSCNT. SAN APCH THEN TURNED US TO 360 DEGS; THEN TO 300 DEGS AND CLRED US TO MAINTAIN 2100 FT OR ABOVE UNTIL ON THE LOC; CLRED FOR THE LOC 27 APCH. WE INTERCEPTED THE LOC ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND THE CAPT IMMEDIATELY STARTED A DSCNT TO OUR MDA OF 660 FT EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A 2000 FT OR ABOVE RESTR AT REEBO (6.4 DME). INSTEAD OF CATCHING THE FACT THAT WE HAD THE REEBO RESTR; I LET THE CLRNC (MAINTAIN 2100 FT OR ABOVE UNTIL ON THE LOC) AND THE FACT THAT THE CAPT UPSET ME; TAKE ME OUT OF THE LOOP. THE TWR CALLED AT ABOUT 7.5 DME WITH A 'LOW ALT ALERT; MAINTAIN PRESENT ALT' CALL.
