Narrative
OPS AGENT VERY CONCERNED ABOUT BOARDING 3 WHEELCHAIR PAX. I REQUESTED LOAD INFO AS I KNEW WE'D BE CLOSE TO MAX ATOG. I WAS TOLD LOAD WAS OK WITH RELEASED FUEL. AFTER TKOF; FOUND LOAD SHEET SHOWED FUEL LOAD OF 27.0; BUT IN WT COLUMN FUEL WAS 19.0 (MAIN) PLUS 6.6 (CTR) WHICH EQUALS 25.6. OUR ACTUAL FUEL LOAD PUT US 1000 LBS OVER STRUCTURAL ATOG LIMITS. THIS SIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE OPS AGENT WOULD PRIORITIZE BETTER; THAT IS GET LOAD INFO TO CREW AND DISPATCH TO MAKE FUEL LOAD DECISIONS; RATHER THAN BE SO CONCERNED WITH LNDG WHEEL- CHAIR PAX. OPTION; SUCH AS LOWERING FUEL LOAD; FUEL STOPS; ETC; WOULD BEEN IMPLEMENTED. INSTEAD OUR SYS HAS THE OPS AGENT TOSSING IN THE WT SLIP AND SHUTTING THE CABIN DOOR FOR PUSH BACK. FUEL ERROR NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL AFTER TKOF. CAPT WOULD HAVE DISCOVERED THIS ERROR AT GATE; BUT DID NOT CHK OPS AGENT'S WT COMPUTATION UNTIL AFTER TKOF. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 307351: AFTER TKOF DURING ENRTE CLB A RE-EXAMINATION OF THE LOAD SHEET IT WAS DETERMINED THAT DEP WAS APPROX 2000 LBS OVER ALLOWABLE.
