TKOF ABORTED. ACR ABORTED TKOF WHEN THE WRONG TKOF DATA WAS ENTERED INTO THE FMC TRIGGERING A MASTER CAUTION LIGHT.
Narrative
DURING ATL TKOF WE EXPERIENCED A MASTER CAUTION LIGHT AS THE AUTOTHROTTLES ADVANCED TO TKOF PWR. IT WAS MY TKOF; WITH THE CAPT'S HANDS ON THE THROTTLES. I CALLED OUT THE MASTER CAUTION AND THE CAPT CHOSE THE 'AIR SYNOPTIC;' AS THE AIR SYS SWITCH WAS ILLUMINATED. THE SYNOPTIC SHOWED THE PACKS OFF. THERE WAS A MOMENT OF DECISION MAKING; AND THE CAPT INITIATED THE ABORT. ON ROLLOUT WE REVIEWED THE FMC TKOF PAGE AND DISCOVERED MY ERROR OF NOT LINE SELECTING 'PACKS ON' FOR THE TKOF. IT BEARS MENTIONING THAT THE DAY BEFORE WE EXPERIENCED A PROLONGED DELAY; HAD A MINIMUM CREW REST IN A HOTEL WITH (AT LEAST 1) LATE NIGHT PARTY NEXT DOOR; AND HAD UNPRECEDENTED INTERFERENCE IN THE COCKPIT DURING THE PREFLT PHASE FROM SEVERAL COMPANY SUPVRS FOR NO APPARENT PURPOSE. FATIGUE PLAYED A ROLE. I MISSED CONFIRMING THE CORRECT 'PACK ON' ON THE BEFORE START CHKLIST ITEM 'FMS/TKOF DATA -- ENTERED;' AND AGAIN ON TAKING RWY AS I REVIEWED THE FMS TKOF PAGE. I CAN SUGGEST NO ACTION TO AVOID SUCH A SIT UNDER THE CURRENT ENVIRONMENT AT MY AIRLINE OTHER THAN INCREASING MY OWN VIGILANCE AND PERFORMANCE TO GUARD AGAINST FURTHER LAPSES.
