AN ACR COMMUTER ACFT ON TKOF GOT WAKE TURB FROM AN LGT TAXIING.
Narrative
DFW ARPT TAXI INSTRUCTIONS; STANDARD TAXI TO RWY 35L INTXN A. WHILE HOLDING SHORT AT TXWY A; A B757 LANDED ON RWY 35L. I WAS THEN GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO TAXI INTO POS RWY 35L AND BE READY FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF. B757 EXITED THE HIGHSPD AT TXWY EL. I WAS THEN GIVEN IMMEDIATE TKOF. JUST AFTER ROTATION AND BTWN 25 FT AND 50 FT; I ENCOUNTERED THE TURB; ALMOST LOSING CTL OF THE ACFT. THE B757 WAS HOLDING AT TXWYS L AND EL. WHEN GIVEN TAXI CLRNC; HE OBVIOUSLY CAME UP WITH ENOUGH PWR FOR TKOF. I DID NOT RPT THE INCIDENT TO DFW FOR IMMEDIATE REASONS OF TFC AT THE TIME. HAD THE ACFT BEEN ON TKOF ROLL AT THAT POINT; I FEEL CERTAIN CTL WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST. ANOTHER CONCERN AT DFW WHILE BEING VECTORED AND LNDG BEHIND HVY ACFT WITH ELECTRONIC GS OTS (WHICH IS QUITE FREQUENT); NO ADDITIONAL DISTANCE IS GIVEN; JUST THE ORDINARY 'CAUTION WAKE TURB.' COMMUTERS ARE OFTEN BROUGHT IN LOWER THAN ARRIVING JET ACFT; MAKING WAKE TURB A VERY HIGH RISK. SOME CTLRS SEEM SENSITIVE WHILE A LOT ARE NOT AND SOMEWHAT COMPLACENT. GOOD COMMON SENSE SEEMS TO BE LACKING BY SOME CTLRS WHILE WORKING SMALLER ACFT IN AND AROUND HVY ACFT.
