OUR IFR CLRNC OUT OF OSAKA-KIX WAS KEC-AI-MIYAKEJIMA- ORGAN-RENAU-OTR17-FERAR-MASON-MILVA-N3400.0/E17000- N3100.0/E18000-N2700.0/W17000 SYVAD. THIS IS WHAT I READ BACK. HOWEVER; N3200 WAS SKIPPED IN EITHER INITIAL CLRNC FROM ATC OR IN MY READBACK BUT WAS NEVER CORRECTED. THEREFORE WE WERE GOING DIRECT FROM N3400.0 TO N3100.0; INSTEAD OF VEERING TO THE N TO THE N3200.0 POS. AFTER N3400.0 WERE RE-ISSUED CLRNC TO N3200.0 COORDINATE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 316951: CLRNC DELIVERY ISSUED A RE-RTE; WHICH FO COPIED AND READ BACK TWICE. CLRNC DELIVERY ROGERED READBACK. INFLT; ATC ASKED US TO CONFIRM ROUTING (IN NON-RADAR ENVIRONMENT; OUR POS RPTS MUST HAVE CLUED THEM IN.) ROUTING READ BACK; AND ATC REVISED CLRNC TO INCLUDE A COORDINATE ORIGINALLY SHOWN ON OUR FIRST FLT PLAN. DUE TO LACK OF AUTOMATION IN THIS COCKPIT; PRE-DEP IS A HECTIC TIME ANYWAY; WHAT WITH LOADING INS'S AND FUEL CHKS AND PERFORMANCE CALCULATIONS AND REQUIRED BRIEFINGS AND LAST-MINUTE MAINT. THE COCKPIT ENVIRONMENT; AND THE OBVIOUS LANGUAGE PROBS; CONTRIBUTE TO POOR COMS. IT IS POSSIBLE NO ERROR WAS MADE HERE; BUT THE POINT IS MORE THAT; DESPITE THE EFFORTS OF A VERY CONSCIENTIOUS CREW; MISTAKES ARE POSSIBLE.
