CAR WAS STRUCK BY ACFT ON FINAL APCH.

Narrative

3 1/2 HRS AFTER LNDG; I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AND WAS TOLD AN ACFT STRUCK A CAR AT RUQ ARPT. I INFORMED THE OFFICER THAT IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN OUR ACFT BECAUSE OF 3 REASONS: FIRST; TIME FRAME WASN'T THE SAME -- WE LANDED AT XA25 LCL AND CAR WAS STRUCK AT XA35. SECOND; A CONSTANT RATE OF SINK WAS KEPT ON THE COMPLETE FINAL APCH. (THE ROAD IS 15 FT LOWER THAN RWY WITH APPROX 100 FT TO END OF OVERRUN; OVERRUN IS 100 FT AND NUMBERS ARE 150 FT FROM END OF RWY.) AT NO TIME WAS PWR ADDED ON FINAL AND AT NO TIME WAS ACFT BELOW RWY. SPD WAS REF PLUS 10 AND PLUS 15 KTS WAS CONSTANT AND AT NO TIME WAS THERE A RATE OF CLB ON ACFT. TOUCHDOWN WAS ON NUMBERS AND NORMAL. 3 WITNESSES SAW LNDG AND 1 PLT TYPE SAW APCH AND ESTIMATED WE WERE 30 FT ABOVE ROAD. THIRD; THE LADY WHOSE CAR WAS STRUCK SAID IT WAS NOT OUR ACFT. DAMAGE TO HER CAR WAS LIGHT AND NO EVIDENCE OF STRIKE ON OUR ACFT; ALTHOUGH WHITE SCRATCHES WERE ON HER ROOF. OUR SABRELINER WT WAS APPROX 14000 LBS ON LNDG; VREF WAS 111 KTS; SURFACE DRY.
