AN ACR CAPT RPTED THAT THE FLC HAD LANDED WHILE 2 FLT ATTENDANTS WERE STILL STANDING. THE FLC HAD DELAYED FLT ATTENDANT NOTIFICATION UNTIL 5 MINS BEFORE LNDG BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN WAITING FOR A RWY CONDITION RPT AND INDICATION THAT THEY WOULD BE CLRED FOR THE APCH.

AN ACR CAPT RPTED THAT THE FLC HAD LANDED WHILE 2 FLT ATTENDANTS WERE STILL STANDING. THE FLC HAD DELAYED FLT ATTENDANT NOTIFICATION UNTIL 5 MINS BEFORE LNDG BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN WAITING FOR A RWY CONDITION RPT AND INDICATION THAT THEY WOULD BE CLRED FOR THE APCH.
Narrative
3 FLT ATTENDANTS ON BOARD. THE 2 IN REAR OF ACFT WERE STILL STANDING IN AISLE UPON LNDG. 1 OF THE 2 FELL DOWN AND INJURED HER LOWER R LEG. OTHER ATTENDANT OK. WE SOUND 2 CHIMES TO INDICATE LNDG. AT APPROX 12 MI OUT WHILE ON BASE TO FINAL CHIMES WERE SOUNDED. ALL 3 ATTENDANTS RECALL RECEIVING THE CHIMES. FLT ATTENDANTS OFTEN GLANCE OUT CABIN WINDOWS ON FINAL TO SEE HOW MUCH TIME THEY HAVE LEFT. IT WAS NIGHT AND IMC ON APCH AND OUTSIDE CLUES WERE UNAVAILABLE. WE SOUNDED CHIMES AS SOON AS APCH ADVISED US THAT THEY WOULD BE VECTORING US TO ILS FINAL. PRIOR TO THIS WE WERE AWAITING A RWY CONDITION RPT AS THE RWY HAD BEEN RPTED BRAKING ACTION NIL PRIOR TO THE PLOWING AND RECHKING THAT WAS UNDERWAY. FLT ATTENDANTS HAD AT LEAST 5 MINS BTWN CHIMES AND LNDG WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLENTY OF TIME. FLT ATTENDANTS SOMETIMES A BIT TOO CASUAL ABOUT CHIMES WHICH SHOULD MEAN 'WE'RE GOING IN TO LAND; PLEASE RETURN TO YOUR JUMPSEAT' RATHER THAN CONTINUED TRIPS UP AND DOWN THE AISLE. LNDG WAS INTENTIONALLY FIRM DUE TO LESS THAN IDEAL RWY CONDITIONS. EVERYONE WHO WAS IN THEIR SEAT WITH A SEAT BELT FASTENED WAS JUST FINE.
