FMS EQUIPPED ACFT WITH STAR ARR ACTIVE IN DATABASE. ATC CHANGED CLRNC AND; TRYING TO PROGRAM THE FMS FOR NEW ROUTING; RPTR CAPT INSERTED WRONG FIX. THOUGH OFF COURSE; ATC VECTORED ACFT FOR APCH WITH NO PROBS.

Narrative

AFTER CONTACTING ZMP; WE WERE GIVEN DIRECT TO EAU VOR THEN EAU1 ARR. WE WERE SUBSEQUENTLY RECLRED DIRECT WOLVES; THEN THE REMAINDER OF THE EAU1 ARR. THEN WE WERE GIVEN A REVISED CLRNC TO JOIN THE GEP 103 DEG RADIAL. THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION BTWN MYSELF AND THE FO; WHO WAS THE PNF; AS TO WHAT OUR CLRNC WAS; AND AFTER JOINING THE GEP 103 DEG RADIAL; IF WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE GEP VOR AND THE GEP ARR. AFTER CLARIFICATION FROM CTR; IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THEY WANTED US TO FLY THE GEP 103 DEG RADIAL UNTIL JOINING THE MSP 072 DEG RADIAL AND THE EAU1 ARR. THERE IS AN INTXN; NICKL; DEPICTED ON THE ARR CHART WHICH IS OFF THE GEP 103 DEG; BUT THE TRANSITION WE WERE GIVEN IS NOT DEPICTED ON THE CHART; NOR IS IT IN THE FMS DATABASE. WE USED RAW DATA TO JOIN THE GEP 103 DEG RADIAL; BUT SINCE THE FMS IN THIS ACFT WILL NOT ACCEPT A RADIAL/RADIAL WAYPOINT; I ATTEMPTED TO BUILD A NEW WAYPOINT FOR THE GEP103/MSP072 POINT. WHAT I THINK I ENDED UP GETTING WAS THE GEP103/MSP092 WAYPOINT BECAUSE WE ENDED UP BEING S OF COURSE WHEN WE WERE TALKING TO MSP APCH. THE FO HAD BEEN OFF GETTING ATIS WHILE I BUILT THE NEW ARR IN THE FMS; AND WE BOTH REALIZED WE WERE S OF COURSE JUST BEFORE APCH GAVE US A R TURN TO REJOIN THE EAU1. NO PROB WAS MENTIONED NOR TCASII ADVISORY INDICATED; EITHER DURING FLT OR DURING CALL TO APCH AFTER LNDG. THERE ARE 3 FIXES DEPICTED ON THE GEP 103 DEG RADIAL ON THE AREA CHART; NICKL; BITLR; AND WAGNR; AND ALL ARE IN THE FMS DATABASE. IF THEY PLAN ON CONTINUING TO USE THIS RTE IT SHOULD BE DEPICTED OR WAYPOINTS USED TO STOP REOCCURRENCE.
