WE HEAR MIL B TO TWR. APCH TURNS US 150 DEGS; CUTTING US BACK TOWARD FIELD MORE THAN ABNORMAL 180 DEG BASE; THEN DSCNT TO 2000 FT TURN TO 120 DEGS PLUS INTERCEPT; CLRED ILS RWY 9L FLL.
