ON DEP OUT OF PHX; AZ; ON THE BUCK EYE 2 DEP FROM RWY 26L; THE DEP STATES 'AFTER TKOF FLY HDG 240 DEGS TO 4 DME FIX FROM PXR; CLB THROUGH 3000 FT; THEN AT THE 13 DME FIX TURN R HDG 280 DEGS.' WHAT I HAD DONE WAS; WHEN I PASSED THE 4 DME FIX THEN AFTER PASSING 3000 FT; I PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE R TURN TO 280 DEGS EARLY. AFTER THE TURN I LOOKED AGAIN AT THE PROC TO DOUBLE-CHK WHEN I GOT A CALL FROM DEP ASKING WHAT MY HDG WAS. I RPTED 280 DEGS. THE CTLR SAID TO IMMEDIATELY TURN HDG 240 DEGS; TFC DEPARTED RWY 26R WAS A B757. I SAW THE TFC AND I ALSO NOTED THAT THE TCASII THAT WE HAVE ON BOARD HAD NOT GIVEN ANY ADVISORIES. I ALSO SAW THE TFC ON TCASII. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE DEP; SPENT MORE TIME ON THE GND BEFORE TKOF TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD THE DETAILS. I LET THE HEAT ON THE GND PUSH ME INTO DEPARTING BEFORE I WAS READY. IT WAS A HOT DAY; I WAS SWEATING AND MY PAX WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING SO WELL. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I DID WRONG. I WAS FULLY AT FAULT. ONE THING I AM CONCERNED ABOUT IS WHY DIDN'T MY TCASII WARN ME OF THE CLOSE PROX OF THE B757? CTL SAID THAT HE WAS LESS THAN 3 MI.
