ACR CLRED AS FILED OVER HEDLY-PHK-J81-ETC. FILED RTE WAS OVER WINCO AND THIS IS THE RTE SET UP AND FLOWN. CTLR INTERVENED AND ISSUED 010 DEG HDG TO PROCEED OVER HEDLY. DISPATCH WAS CONTACTED TO CORRECT THE FILED RTE.

Narrative

PDC CLRNC RECEIVED: CAF-MIA HEDLY PHK J81 IRQ J85 DJB CETUS2 DTW. MIA 7 DEP WINCO TRANSITION MAINTAIN 5000 FT EXPECT REQUEST ALT 10 MINS; ETC. AS THE PF I SET UP THE MIA 7 DEP WINCO TRANSITION. THE FIX HEDLY IS NOT ON THIS TRANSITION. THE CAPT SET IN PHK VOR A LOGICAL NEXT FIX AFTER BOTH WINCO AND HEDLY. AFTER TKOF R TURN WAS GIVEN TO 340 DEG HDG TO INTERCEPT THE TRANSITION. I THOUGHT HE SAID WINCO TRANSITION BUT CAPT DID NOT CONFIRM THIS. I TURNED TO 340 DEGS AND INTERCEPTED THE DHP 322 DEG RADIAL AT 11 DME. WITHIN 2 MINS DEP CTL INSTRUCTED US TO TURN R TO 010 DEGS TO INTERCEPT THE HEDLY TRANSITION. AT THIS POINT THE CAPT AND I BOTH WONDERED IF THE ORIGINAL CLRNC (340 DEG TO INTERCEPT) WAS FOR THE HEDLY TRANSITION. WE THEN REFED THE PDC AND REDISCOVERED THE DISCREPANCY OF (AF MIA HEDLY) VERSUS (MIA 7 WINCO TRANSITION). CAPT CALLED DISPATCH TO FIX SAME. WE WERE AND ARE STILL NOT SURE WHAT DEP CTL REALLY EXPECTED OF US AND/OR IF WE FLEW 'AS FILED.' MY INTERP OF THE CLRNC WAS TO FLY THE WINCO TRANSITION AND THEN GET TO HEDLY ONCE FINISHED.
