INSTRUCTOR PLT ATCT LCL CTLR BEHAVIOR AGGRESSION EXHIBITED WHEN PA60 ACFT PERFORMS AN UNAUTH PENETRATION OF CLASS B AIRSPACE. TRAINING IN PROGRESS.

Narrative

DURING A TRAINING FLT FROM NORTH LAS VEGAS; I 'PULLED' THE R ENG ON MY CLIENT RIGHT AFTER TKOF. DURING THE CLEANUP PHASE; THE TWR ADVISED US TO TURN XWIND BECAUSE WE ENTERED LAS VEGAS CLASS B AIRSPACE. MY GPS INDICATED THAT WE WERE 1.5 MI OFF THE END OF RWY 7. WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS; HE SAID 'DO YOU WANT ME TO START THE PAPERWORK?' I SAID 'WE ARE GOING TO BE HERE ALL DAY DOING ENG OUTS; GO AHEAD.' THE TWR OPERATOR HAS NO IDEA THE AIRSPACE REQUIRED TO DO SINGLE ENG WORK. HIS REMARKS CAUSED UNNEEDED CONVERSATION ON THE FREQ; AND GREAT ANIMOSITY BTWN US. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IF THIS JERK IS GOING TO MONITOR THIS SIT; I SUGGEST THAT IN ADDITION TO THE SIGNS STATING TO 'USE NOISE ABATEMENT PROCS;' 'CHK DENSITY ALT;' 'IFR PLTS CAN CONTACT APCH CTL ON XXXX;' ETC.; A SIGN STATING 'WARNING; LAS VEGAS AND NELLIS CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHIN 2 NM OF NORTH LAS VEGAS ARPT; TURN XWIND ACCORDINGLY.' I ALSO SUGGEST THAT THIS PARTICULAR CTLR GO BACK TO THE FAA ACADEMY AND RECEIVE RECURRENT TRAINING AND SOME SENSITIVITY TRAINING.
