BEECH 1900 ACFT. PRIOR TO DEP FLC GAVE PAX BRIEFING INCLUDING THE EXIT ROW SEATING AND; IF ANYONE WANTED TO BE MOVED OR COULDN'T OPEN AN EXIT; THEY SHOULD BE RESEATED. APPARENTLY ONE OF THE PAX TRIED TO GET FLCS ATTN THAT SOMEONE WHO COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WAS SEATED IN AN EXIT ROW AND SHOULD BE MOVED. FLC LOOKED BACK INTO THE CABIN BUT DIDN'T SEE THE PAX WHO WAS ATTEMPTING TO GET THEIR ATTN. PAX TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD VIOLATED FARS.

APPARENTLY ONE OF THE PAX TRIED TO GET FLCS ATTN THAT SOMEONE WHO COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WAS SEATED IN AN EXIT ROW AND SHOULD BE MOVED. Narrative

PAX COMPLAINT THAT CREW DID NOT VISUALLY CHK TO SEE IF ANYONE WISHED TO BE RE-SEATED AFTER EXIT ROW BRIEFING. SUMMARY: UPON ENTERING THE COCKPIT MY FEMALE FO ADVISED THAT A PAX HAD MADE RUDE REMARKS ABOUT A FEMALE PLT ('OH GOD IT'S A WOMAN UP FRONT; I HOPE WE GET TO GCK). WE ACCOMPLISHED ALL CHKLISTS WITHOUT DIFFICULTY AND I OBSERVED MY FO GIVE THE EXIT ROW BRIEFING AND LOOK BACK INTO THE CABIN. UPON ARRIVING IN GCK THIS PAX CONFRONTED ME AND STATED THAT WE HAD NOT LOOKED BACK INTO THE CABIN WHERE HE WAS TRYING TO SIGNAL US THAT A WOMAN WHO DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WAS SEATED IN THE EXIT ROW. I THEN STATED THAT WE HAD LOOKED BACK AND HAD NOT OBSERVED ANY EXIT ROW PAX REQUESTING A CHANGE. WHEN MY FO STATED THAT SHE HAD LOOKED BACK AS WELL THE PAX BECAME AGITATED; SPEAKING TO THE FO IN A DEMEANING FASHION AND REFERRING TO HER AS 'YOUNG LADY.' ALTHOUGH THE PAX INDICATED AN FAR HAD BEEN VIOLATED I DID NOT FEEL A VIOLATION OCCURRED. I BELIEVE THE PAX SIMPLY WANTED TO CAUSE TROUBLE FOR MY FEMALE FO; WHO HAS DEMONSTRATED HER COMPETENCE MANY TIMES IN THE MONTHS I HAVE FLOWN WITH HER.
