Narrative
THIS PROB IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE; HOWEVER SINCE I HAVE NO UNION REPRESENTATION I AM UNSURE OF ANY OTHER RPTING OPTIONS. ON THIS DAY XYZ (UGN) ATTEMPTED TO INTIMIDATE TO ME INTO FLYING A 135 TRIP FROM UGN-PWK-DAL-ARR-ASE OVER A PERIOD OF 14 HRS. THE FLT WOULD BEGIN AT XA00 HR LCL FROM UGN TO PWK; PICKUP 2 PAX THEN CONTINUE ROUND-TRIP TO DAL THROUGH THE NIGHT. UPON RETURNING; THE CREW WAS TO WAIT 2 HRS; FLY TO ARR AND PICK UP 6 PAX. AT XX00 WE WERE TO LEAVE ARR TO ARRIVE AT ASE BEFORE DUTY TIMES WERE EXCEEDED. THE DAY PRIOR HAD BEEN STRESSFUL (I HAD BEEN DOING ADMINISTRATIVE WORK SINCE XX50 LCL) SO WHEN I ADVISED THE DIRECTOR OF OPS OF THIS BEING LESS THAN SAFE; HE PROCEEDED TO INFORM ME OF THE FUTURE PROBS I MAY HAVE WITH MY EMPLOYMENT. THIS IS ONLY 1 INCIDENT OF MANY THAT TAKES PLACE HERE. THE COMPANY PLTS; ESPECIALLY THE DIRECTOR OF OPS; CONSTANTLY PERFORM ADMINISTRATION DUTIES (DISPATCH; TRAINING; ETC) AND THEN FLY ALL DAY AND NIGHT. THEY HAVE NO CURRENT POI AND IN THE PAST 2 YRS THEY HAVE HAD 2 MAJOR ACCIDENTS. I'VE SEEN NO IMPROVEMENT AND NO FAA INTERVENTION. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SEE THESE TYPE OF OPERATORS FORCED TO FOLLOW REGS AND OPERATE SAFELY. NOTE: EACH PLT DOES HIS ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES; AS WELL AS MAINTAINING ASSIGNMENTS ON 3 DIFFERENT JET ACFT.
