PUSHBACK FROM GATE 'X' AT FLL USING ICAO PUSHBACK PROCS. ACFT WAS PUSHED BACK OFF GATE X ON TXWY T. BOTH ENGS WERE STARTED UPON PUSHBACK OF GATE TO TXWY. PARK BRAKES WERE SET. GND CREW WAS INSTRUCTED TO STANDBY FOR DISCONNECT. MEANWHILE GND CTL ISSUED A TAXI CLRNC TO FOLLOW AN ACR Y L1011 TAXIING ON TXWY B WBOUND. HE WAS AT GATE ON TXWY B WBOUND. ALSO AN ACR Z WAS INBOUND TO GATE X. HE WAS COMING FROM APPROX POS OF TXWY B WBOUND TURNING ONTO TXWY S. THEN ACR Z TAXIED BTWN US AND TERMINAL. WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR ACR Z WE ACCOMPLISHED AFTER START CHKLIST. ABOUT 2 MINS ELAPSED. HE WAS CLR. THIS IS WHEN I MOMENTARILY RELEASED PARKING BRAKE AND ACFT ROLLED FORWARD SLIGHTLY. TOW BAR WAS DISCONNECTED OFF NOSE GEAR. ACFT WAS STOPPED AND GND CREW WAS ASKED IF ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY; REPLY WAS NO. GND CREW WAS TOLD BRAKES WERE SET AND CLRED FOR DISCONNECT. GND CREW DISCONNECTED; SHOWED BYPASS PIN AND GAVE THUMBS UP. I FEEL THE 2 MIN WAIT FOR ACR Z INBOUND WAS MY DISTR. I MOMENTARILY FORGOT GND CREW WAS STILL CONNECTED. LUCKILY I CAUGHT MY ERROR QUICKLY WITH LITTLE ACFT MOVEMENT; NO ACFT DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
