Narrative
MY RADIO BROKE AND I WAS USING MY HAND-HELD. IT DISCONNECTED FROM THE OUTSIDE ANTENNA. A CESSNA ALMOST HIT MY WING WITH ITS STRUT. THERE WAS A MAN ON GND WITH VEST AND 2 ORANGE LIGHTS MOVING THE PLANES TO TKOF. AFTER I GOT AIRBORNE I FOUND MY ANTENNA WAS UNHOOKED. I CALLED WILKES BARRE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED. HE TOLD ME TO CALL THE TWR WHEN I GOT BACK TO N81. I CALLED AND HE STARTED YELLING AT ME. I TRIED TO TALK TO HIM; HE DID NOT CARE. HE TOLD ME I WAS LYING AND WROTE ME UP. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF BULL FOR ME. THE FAA LAWYER TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT MOVE MY PLANE. IF MY PLANE GOT HIT WOULD THE FAA FIX IT FOR ME? CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR'S SISTER REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: ANALYST CALLED TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT DATE; THE LOCATION; THE ACFT AND IF THERE WAS ANY FAA FOLLOW UP INVESTIGATION. RPTR WAS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO UNDERGOING SURGERY AND HIS SISTER REQUESTED THAT A FRIEND RETURN THE CALLBACK. INABILITY TO DISCUSS THE INCIDENT WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN RPTR MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS; SO RPT IS BEING PROCESSED WITH THE INFO AVAILABLE IN THE ORIGINAL NARRATIVE.
