TFC WAS GIVEN TO THE DC9 SEVERAL TIMES AND THE CTLR VECTORED THE DC9 THROUGH A NARROW GATE FOR LNDG AT PNS. THE T34 DSNDED TO WITHIN 500 FT TO THE DC9 AND CAUSED A TCASII RA AND THE DC9 RESPONDED ACCORDINGLY. THE T34 WAS AT THE VERY EDGE OF THE RESTR AREA AND THE RPTR FEELS ATC SHOULD BE TALKING TO THE MIL ACFT OR THEY SHOULD DO THEIR AEROBATICS ELSEWHERE.

Narrative
ACR X WAS HANDED OFF TO ME BY ZJX AT 13000 FT; SBOUND. ACR X WAS LNDG AT VPS; BUT R2915 WAS HOT AND ZJX SAID VPS HAD SAID TO RTE ACR X ALONG THE COAST. PNS MUST VECTOR EBOUND ACFT THROUGH A NARROW GATE AT VARRE (ON THE COAST) TO REMAIN CLR OF R2915. WORKING W OF THE GATE WAS A MIL T34 PERFORMING AEROBATICS. THESE ACFT DO NOT TALK TO APCH CTL; BUT SQUAWK XX00 WHEN THEY ARE PERFORMING AEROBATICS. ACR X WAS LEVEL AT 5000 FT WHEN I BEGAN TO CALL TFC TO ACR X. I OBSERVED THE AEROBATIC T34 FLYING EBOUND ON AN INTERCEPT WITH ACR X. AS WELL AS DSNDING OUT OF 7500 FT. I CONTINUED TO CALL TFC AND ALSO GAVE ACR X A SE TURN TOWARD THE GATE (AWAY FROM TFC). I COULD NOT GIVE AN E TURN UNTIL ACR X WAS S OF THE COAST DUE TO R2915. AS I ISSUED A '090 DEG' HDG TO ACR X; THE T34 DSNDED TO 5500 FT; IN CLOSE PROX TO ACR X. ACR X SAID HE WAS RESPONDING TO AN RA AND ALSO RPTED THE TFC IN SIGHT. THE T34 THEN TURNED BACK WBOUND. RECOMMENDATION: THE T34'S SHOULD NOT PERFORM AEROBATICS IN THE AREA NEAR THE GATE ALONG THE COAST. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THEY COULD PRACTICE. AT THE VERY LEAST; WE SHOULD BE TALKING TO THEM SO WE COULD RESTRICT THEIR ALTS AND/OR WORKING AREAS.
