FLC OF A GULFSTREAM 24 STRUCK THE WINGLET ON THE WINGLET OF A PARKED GULFSTREAM 2B DURING TAXI FROM PARKING. ONLY MINOR SCRAPES TO BOTH ACFT RESULTED. FLC WERE UNAWARE THAT A COLLISION OCCURRED UNTIL BEING INFORMED BY THE FBO AFTER TKOF.

Narrative

CREW DISCUSSED PROX OF ACFT AND BUILDINGS TO THE TAXI LINES. ACFT COMPLETED INITIAL R TURN ONTO THE TXWY WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY. ACFT PROCEEDED DOWN THE TXWY WITH MARHSALLERS ON THE L AND R SIDE; GIVING WINGTIP CLRNC. ACFT WAS THEN GIVEN A R TURN AT THE END OF THE RAMP (AGAIN; ON THE TAXI LINES). A G2B WAS PARKED ON THE LAST SPOT. ACFT COMPLETED THE TURN WITH NO DIFFICULTY. IN FACT; THE TURN WAS PLANNED TO GIVE EXCESS CLRNC ON THE R WING TO AVOID ANY CONTACT WITH THE G2B. ACFT WAS ON THE TAXI LINE WHEN WINGLET OF CPR X APPARENTLY CONTACTED THE WINGLET OF THE G2B. CREW ATTN WAS FOCUSED ON CLRING FUEL TRUCKS AND STRUCTURES ON THE L SIDE OF THE ACFT. MARSHALLER APPARENTLY GAVE A SIGNAL TO STOP THE ACFT WHICH WAS UNSEEN BY THE FLC. CPR X DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY 'BUMP' OR 'JOLT' FROM THE CONTACT. PLT IN R SEAT OF CPR X SAW MARSHALLER WAVE A HAND AS CPR X'S WINGLET WAS PASSING THE WINGLET OF THE G2B. FLC THOUGHT THAT CLRNC WAS NOT A PROB AND PROCEEDED TO TAXI AND TKOF NORMALLY. R SEAT PLT CONTACTED FBO AFTER DEP AND WAS INFORMED THAT A MINOR WINGLET CONTACT WITH THE G2B HAD OCCURRED. AT NO TIME WAS CPR X TOLD TO RETURN TO THE RAMP BY FBO; GND CTL; OR TWR. THE MAINT/LINE SUPVR AT FBO INFORMED THE FLC OF CPR X THAT CONTACT HAD OCCURRED APPROX 6-7 INCHES FROM THE TOP OF THE G2B'S WINGLET WITH NO APPARENT DENTS IN THE METAL BUT A SMALL 'SCRAPE.' MAINT/LINE SUPVR AT FBO VERIFIED THAT THE G2B WAS WITHIN ITS RAMP 'WHITE BOX' FOR REQUIRED RAMP CLRNC. THE FLC OF CPR X NOTIFIED CAPT CPR Y IMMEDIATELY WITH DETAILS OF INCIDENT. DAMAGE IS A MINOR SCRAPE ALONG THE LEADING EDGE AND TOP OF THE WINGLET.
