Narrative
ON SEP/XA/97 AT APPROX XA00Z WE WERE ON THE DSCNT INTO SFO. WE HAD FILED AND BEEN CLRED AS FILED FROM OUR DEP ARPT ICT. AN IFR FLT PLAN WAS FILED AS ICT DIRECT MOD FOR THE LOCKR 1 ARR INTO SFO. WHEN WE WERE PAST MOD WE WERE CLRED TO THE CEDES INTXN. LOOKING AT THE ARR THAT WE HAD BEEN CLRED WE COULD NOT FIND THE CEDES INTXN. WE TOLD APCH THAT WE COULD NOT FIND THE INTXN ON THE ARR PLATE AND ASKED TO PLEASE SPELL IT. THE CTLR SPELLED IT FOR US AND WE PUT IT IN THE FMS; AND BACKED IT UP WITH THE RADIAL INBOUND. WE WERE ALMOST ON TOP ON THE INTXN WHEN ASKED TO PROCEED DIRECT TO CEDES. WHEN TAXIING INTO THE FBO AT SFO WE WERE ASKED TO COPY DOWN A PHONE NUMBER AND CALL WHEN WE SHUT DOWN. WE CALLED THE NUMBER AND IT WAS TO BAY APCH. THE CAPT WAS SPEAKING TO THE SUPVR AT BAY APCH. WHEN THE CAPT GOT OFF THE PHONE HE SAID THAT THE CTLR WANTED TO KNOW WHY WE WERE NOT ON THE MOD ARR INTO SFO. THE CAPT SAID THAT WE WERE NEVER GIVEN THAT ARR INTO SFO; THAT WE WERE CLRED AS FILED; WHICH WAS THE LOCKR 1 ARR. THE CAPT ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY CONFLICTS AND HE WAS TOLD NO; BUT THEY JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT WE HAD BEEN CLRED FOR. AT NO TIME DO WE RECALL WE WERE GIVEN A DIFFERENT ARR OR WERE ASKED TO COPY A DIFFERENT CLRNC. AT NO TIME DID WE HAVE ANY TCASII ALERT AND THE CTLR WAS ASKED IF THERE HAD BEEN A CONFLICT OF ANY TYPE AND HE STATED NOT AT ANY TIME.
