AGAIN AND AGAIN IT HAPPENS THAT I AM IN A SIT; UNKNOWN TO ME AT THE TIME; OPERATING THE XYZ CPR JET ILLEGALLY. 1) ON AUG/XH/97 THROUGH AUG/XI/97 WE OPERATED OUR 800XP ON A FLT FROM MKC-LGB-YYZ/YYZ-BUF-CSG-MKC WITH A WHITE REGISTRATION SLIP ON BOARD. 2) ON AUG/XO/97 I SAW FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT A PINK SLIP WAS ON BOARD. BECAUSE THE CHIEF PLT WAS ON BOARD; I WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY THE DATE IT WAS ISSUED. 3) ON AUG/XU/97 I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO LOOK AT THE PINK SLIP. THE PINK SLIP WAS DATED AND SIGNED ON AUG/XA/97 AND LISTED XYZ AND XXY AS CO-OWNERS. WHY AM I UPSET ABOUT A LITTLE PAPERWORK? 1) IT IS ILLEGAL. 2) IT IS DONE INTENTIONALLY. 3) IT HAPPENS OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN OUR FLT DEPT. WHY DO I BELIEVE IT WAS INTENTIONAL? THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ILLEGAL ACTS HAVE BEEN COMMITTED IN OUR FLT DEPT: ILLEGAL GENERATORS AND ALTERNATORS; FALSIFICATION OF FEDERAL RECORDS; ILLEGAL REGISTRATION PAPERS. PART 91 OPERATORS ALWAYS HAVE TO FEAR FOR THEIR JOBS. MGMNT PUTS ON THE SCREWS AND MOST WILL EVENTUALLY BEND THE RULES BECAUSE IF THEY DON'T THEY WILL FIND THEMSELVES ON THE STREET. CASE: ONE OF THE XYZ PLTS GOT FINED AFTER RPTING ILLEGAL LOGBOOK ENTRIES AND ILLEGAL GENERATORS AND ALTERNATORS. THE PEOPLE WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ACTS WERE PROMOTED. THAT SHOWED THE REST OF US WHERE MGMNT STANDS.
