WE WERE ON ABOUT A 2 MI FINAL WITH CLRNC TO LAND BEHIND A MIL SABRELINER WHEN WE NOTICE THE ACFT ROLL PAST THE MIDFIELD HIGH SPD TXWY ON A 10000 FT RWY. THE LCL CTLR DIRECTED THE SABRE TO EXIT AT THE NEXT TXWY. THE SABRE ROLLED PAST THAT TXWY ALSO. THE CTLR TOLD THEM TO CONTINUE ONTO THE NEXT TXWY BUT HE NEVER TOLD THEM TO EXPEDITE AS AT THIS TIME WE WERE ON SHORT FINAL. WE WERE EXPECTING A POSSIBLE GAR AT THIS POINT BUT THE CTLR WAS ASKING THE SABRE WHICH FBO WERE THEY PARKING AT AND CLRING THEM TO THE RAMP. WE CONTINUED TO A NORMAL LNDG AND TURNED OFF AT OUR NORMAL EXITING TXWY WHICH IS SEVERAL THOUSAND FT SHORT OF WHERE THE SABRE TAXIED OFF. I DON'T KNOW IF THE SABRE HAD COMPLETELY CLRED THE RWY WHEN WE TOUCHED DOWN. THE PRUDENT ACTION IF THIS EVER OCCURS AGAIN IS TO CONDUCT A GAR ON OUR OWN TO BE SURE NO ONE ELSE IS POSSIBLY ON THE RWY. ONE OTHER FACTOR OF THIS SIT WAS THE CTLR HANDLING BOTH LCL AND GND TFC TOGETHER. I THINK THE CTLR FORGOT ABOUT US ON FINAL AS HE WAS WORKING OTHER FREQS SIMULTANEOUSLY WHICH IS HAPPENING MORE OFTEN.
