AN ACR SF34 FLC RPTED THAT THEY WERE CLRED FOR AND DID TKOF WHILE A BE35 WAS STILL ON THE RWY.
Narrative
OUR FLT BLOCKED OUT AT XA00 LCL NOV/SAT/97. UPON HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 22R FOR DEP A BEECH BONANZA V35 WAS WITNESSED XING RWY 22R THRESHOLD FOR LNDG. A 'POS AND HOLD RWY 22R' CLRNC WAS GIVEN. THE OTHER ACFT WAS ON THE LNDG ROLLOUT AT THAT POINT. HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A 'HARD R' TO MAKE THE NEXT TXWY. APPROX 10 SECONDS THEREAFTER OUR FLT WAS GIVEN TKOF CLRNC. DURING THE TKOF ROLL AND SUBSEQUENT 'V1; ROTATE' CALLOUTS; I; THE PNF LOOKED UP TO SEE THE BONANZA HAD NOT YET CLRED THE RWY. I IMMEDIATELY COMMANDED THE PF (FO) FOR INCREASED PITCH UP AND I AIDED HIM DOING SO. NO COLLISION OCCURRED. ESTIMATED SEPARATION WAS 30 FT VERT; 10 FT HORIZ. THE OTHER ACFT'S ORIENTATION WAS HEADING SAME DIRECTION AS OUR ACFT; BUT NEAR THE R EDGE ON THE RWY AT THE POINT OF NEAR MISS. THE OTHER ACFT'S POS BECAME EVIDENT WHEN OUR LNDG LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATING HIS ACFT...IT WAS CLRLY STILL ON THE RWY. NO FURTHER INCIDENT FOLLOWED. THE FO (PF) DID NOT SEE THE OTHER ACFT. LITTLE ROCK TWR MADE NO MENTION OF THE SIT AT THAT TIME.
