HAD UNEVENTFUL FLT FROM NEW TO OMA. COMPANY DISPATCH CONTACTED CREW FOR NEW DEST TO DO PAX PICK-UP. WHILE ENTERING FLT PLAN INTO FMS PROB OCCURRED. APPROX 4 HR DELAY WHILE WORKING WITH COMPANY MAINT; ACFT REPAIR (CESSNA) AND FMS REPAIR (HONEYWELL) REPRESENTATIVES. COMPANY DISPATCH TOLD CREW TO FLY ACFT TO ICT TO CESSNA SVC CTR TO HAVE OTHER SVC PERFORMED. NORMAL START AND TAXI; ALL CHKLISTS PERFORMED. WHILE HOLDING SHORT OF RWY; ENG; STABILIZER AND SLAT ANTI-ICE SYS TURNED ON. ACFT CLRED FOR TKOF; WITHIN 3 SECONDS OF PWR-UP (LESS THAN 60 KTS) 'WING ANTI-ICE HOT' ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND CAPT (PF) ABORTED TKOF. TWR ORDERED ACFT OFF RWY. CREW DETERMINED THAT LIGHT HAD ILLUMINATED DUE TO INCREASED THRUST AT TKOF AND DECIDED TO KEEP STABILIZER AND SLAT ANTI-ICE OFF (AND ENG ANTI-ICE ON) UNTIL AFTER ROTATION WHEN IT WOULD BE ACTIVATED. TWR ASKED CREW IF THEY WISHED TO TAXI BACK FOR ANOTHER TKOF AND CREW AGREED. ONCE CLRED FOR TKOF; CREW PERFORMED STATIC TKOF AT FULL THRUST; ONCE TKOF ROLL STARTED WITH LESS THAN 5 SECONDS (UNDER 70 KTS); 'YAW DAMPER OFF' ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CAPT (PF) ABORTED TKOF. CREW REQUESTED TAXI TO FBO. AT FBO; CREW REVIEWED CHKLIST AND SELECTED ALTERNATE FLT GUIDANCE COMPUTER; AS CHKLIST DICTATES. CREW DID RUN-UP AND PROB APPEARED SOLVED. CREW RECEIVED PERMISSION TO TAXI AND TKOF FROM GND AND TWR. CAPT PERFORMED NORMAL STATIC THRUST TKOF AND UNEVENTFUL FLT TO ICT. NO FURTHER PROBS APPEARED OVER NEXT DAY.
