RECEIVED SECOND TCASII RA. CLBED AT 1800 FPM. CREW SAW TCASII TARGET 500 FT BELOW. RA ENDED; SAW WHITE B727 WITHIN APPROX 1/2 MI AT APPROX OUR ALT IN A R TURN TO THE S. ADVISED ATC. ATC GAVE VECTORS FOR A GAR. LANDED. CALLED DISPATCH WITH RPT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 397624: ATC FACILITY: SAO PAULO APCH; FINAL CTLR. LOCATION: ON ILS RWY 9R GRU AT 6000 FT CA. 13 MI ON ILS RWY 9R GRU DSCNT FROM 6000 FT TO FOLLOW THE GS. CLRED FOR ILS RWY 9R. GOT A TA FOLLOWED BY AN RA. WE CLBED 1800 FPM FOLLOWED BY A CLR OF CONFLICT. WE THEN RESUMED DSCNT AND LOWERED THE LNDG GEAR. SHORTLY AFTER WE GOT A TA IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY AN RA CLB; CLB. WE COMPLIED WITH TCASII AND CLBED. THEN SAW A WHITE B727 BREAK OFF TO THE R FROM BELOW US. AT THE CLOSEST POINT; TCASII SHOWED THE TFC 500 FT DIRECTLY BELOW US. AT THE TIME THE B727 BROKE OFF TO THE R; WE SAW IT AS 500 FT BELOW US AND APPROX 1/4 MI HORIZ SEPARATION. WE CALLED ATC. ATC INSTRUCTED US TO CLB TO 6000 FT AND GAVE US VECTORS FOR A NEW APCH TO ILS RWY 9R GRU FOLLOWED BY A NORMAL FULL STOP LNDG. CAPT WAS PF.
