A BEECH 99 ON APCH WAS UNABLE TO EXTEND THE LNDG GEAR AND AFTER CONSULTATION WITH A COMPANY PLT ON THE GND WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY EXTEND THE LNDG GEAR FOR A NORMAL LNDG.

A BEECH 99 ON APCH WAS UNABLE TO EXTEND THE LNDG GEAR AND AFTER CONSULTATION WITH A COMPANY PLT ON THE GND WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY EXTEND THE LNDG GEAR FOR A NORMAL LNDG.
Narrative
I WAS LNDG AT OMA WHEN THE LNDG GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND. AFTER FLYING BY THE TWR; THEY CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS NOT DOWN. I CIRCLED E OF THE FIELD FOR APPROX 30-40 MINS. I ALSO CONTACTED MY COMPANY TO ADVISE DISPATCH OF THE SIT. AFTER SEVERAL UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS AT LOWERING THE GEAR MANUALLY; I WAS ABLE TO GET THE PUMP TO WORK AND LOWERED THE GEAR MANUALLY. AFTER GETTING 3 GREEN LIGHTS AND NO WARNING HORN; I FLEW BY THE TWR FOR A SECOND TIME. THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS DOWN AND I PROCEEDED TO LAND WITHOUT INCIDENT. ATC DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN ASSISTING ME. ALSO; TAKING MY TIME IN ASSESSING THE SIT HELPED; AS DID TALKING TO PEOPLE ON THE GND. BEING MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE MANUAL EXTENSION PROCS WOULD HAVE HELPED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THE FAILURE OF THE NORMAL MODE LNDG GEAR EXTENSION WAS A BROKEN R MAIN GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR BRACKET WHICH JAMMED THE GEAR CAUSING THE GEAR DRIVE MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER TO POP. THE RPTR SAID THIS CIRCUIT BREAKER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE COCKPIT SO THE GEAR WAS PUMPED DOWN MANUALLY. THE RPTR SAID EXTRA TIME WAS TAKEN TO REMEMBER THE MANUAL EXTEND PROCS.
