SPI ENCOUNTERS WINDSHEAR ON LNDG AND HAS LOSS OF ACFT CTL. ACFT BALLOONED AFTER TOUCHDOWN AND DEPARTED THE RWY.
Narrative
I DEPARTED RWY 35 WITH MILD WINDS MOSTLY FROM THE N. AXS UNICOM ADVISORY RPTED WINDS NW AND MILD. THE CLB TO PATTERN ALT WAS VERY BUMPY. THE FIRST APCH FOR TOUCH-AND- GO WAS OK AND I PROCEEDED TO THE SECOND ONE. I HAD 3 NOTCHES OF FLAPS IN BY THE FINAL APCH LEG TO RWY 35 AND EVERYTHING LOOKED PERFECT. WHEN I MADE THE RWY; I PULLED THE THROTTLE TO IDLE; THE AIRSPD WAS BTWN 80-85 KTS AND I HAD PASSED THE THRESHOLD AND WAS APPROX 25-30 FT IN THE AIR. ALL OF A SUDDEN; THE AIRPLANE DROPPED ON ALL 3 GEAR FROM APPROX 25-30 FT. IT FELT LIKE I HAD NO AIR UNDERNEATH THE WINGS. NOT HAVING EVER EXPERIENCED A WINDSHEAR; I DIDN'T KNOW IF THE DROP HAPPENED BECAUSE OF WINDSHEAR OR NOT. THE AIRPLANE BALLOONED. I APPLIED FULL PWR IMMEDIATELY AND TRIED TO GO AROUND. HOWEVER; THE AIRPLANE BOUNCED BACK ON THE RWY ABOUT 4-5 TIMES AND THE LAST BOUNCE HIT THE PROP AND BENT THE NOSE LNDG GEAR; CAUSING IT TO COLLAPSE. THE AIRPLANE STARTED SKIDDING TOWARDS THE R AND THE L WINGTIP DRAGGED THE RWY SURFACE. THE AIRPLANE CAME TO A STOP ROUGHLY 25 FT INTO THE GRASS AREA BTWN THE RWY AND TXWY. I TURNED OFF ALL THE PWR AND ABORTED THE AIRPLANE IMMEDIATELY. BY THAT TIME THERE WERE PEOPLE FROM ACFT REPAIR AND UNICOM HDG TOWARDS ME. THE ACFT TAIL HAD STOPPED TOO CLOSE TO THE RWY AND HAD TO BE MOVED. THE NOSE GEAR WAS LIFTED AND THE ACFT WAS TOWED TO ACFT REPAIR AND IS BEING STORED THERE.
