NO REPLY. 5 MI N OF BNO CALLED CTAF ON COM #1 STATING '5 MI N INBOUND RWY 12.' CALLED BASE LEG -- 'BURNS TFC (CALL SIGN) L BASE RWY 12 BURNS.' NO REPLY. CALLED CTAF 1 MI FINAL FOR RWY 12. NO REPLY. 3/4-1/2 MI FINAL I SAW 3 BRIGHT LIGHTS OVER THRESHOLD OF RWY 30 CLBING AND TURNING N. VOLUME KNOB ON COM #1 WAS NOT TURNED DOWN BUT I WIGGLED THE KNOB AND HEARD THE HAWKER CAPT SAYING 'I WANT TO TALK TO THAT (COMPANY) CAPT ON THE GND.' ALSO HEARD UNICOM CALLING ME SAYING 'DID YOU SEE THAT OPPOSITE DIRECTION TFC?' I LANDED ACFT C402. HAWKER CAPT RETURNED FOR LNDG TO PICK UP HIS PAX. HAWKER WAS A 2 CREW OP. I WAS SINGLE PLT. HAWKER CAPT SAID HE HEARD MY XMISSIONS. NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY. I DON'T KNOW WHY THE HAWKER CPR PART 91 CAPT AND HIS FO DECIDED TO CONTINUE THE APCH IF HE HEARD MY XMISSIONS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THAT THE HAWKER PLT WAS NEAR THE APCH END OF RWY 30 AND HE WAS ABOUT 3/4 MI OUT ON FINAL FOR RWY 12. THE HAWKER PLT HAD HEARD HIS XMISSIONS BUT KEPT ON THE APCH WITH NO COM. THE HAWKER PLT TOOK THE EVASIVE ACTION.
