Narrative

I RECENTLY FLEW ON ACR X ON BUSINESS ROUND TRIP FROM NORTH PLATTE; NE; TO WASHINGTON DC. ALL PORTIONS OF THE FLT WERE FINE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RTE FROM DENVER'S INTL ARPT TO NORTH PLATTE; NE. ON SATURDAY; I BELIEVE THAT THE PLTS OF ACR X (DENVER TO NORTH PLATTE) WERE GROSSLY NEGLIGENT AND UNDULY RISKED THE LIVES OF EACH AND EVERY PAX ABOARD THE FLT. THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS WILL GIVE CLR EVIDENCE THAT THE PLT(S) KNOWINGLY FLEW THE BEECHCRAFT 1900 TWIN-ENG ACFT INTO A POTENTIALLY DEADLY WX SIT WITHOUT REGARDS TO THE SAFETY OF THE PAX ABOARD. THESE DOCUMENTS WILL SHOW THAT THE WX SIT IN AND NEAR THE FLT PATH OF ACR X WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS; AND THAT THE PLTS HAD AMPLE TIME TO STUDY THE DATA AND MAKE WELL- INFORMED DECISIONS. THESE CONDITIONS WERE FORECAST WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE FLT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR MYSELF AND THE OTHER PAX ABOARD THE FLT; THE PLTS MADE A VERY POOR DECISION THAT NEARLY COST US OUR LIVES. THIS DEG OF NEGLIGENCE FOR PAX SAFETY SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED WITHIN ANY AIRLINES OPERATING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. WORKING IN BY BUSINESS; I HAVE WITNESSED MANY SITS IN WHICH WARNINGS WERE NOT HEEDED; WITH TRAGIC RESULTS.
