I RECEIVED A DEP CLRNC FROM CLRNC DELIVERY FOR A VFR FLT (PART 91) TO KINGMAN; AZ. I THEN CALLED GND CTL FOR A TAXI CLRNC. HE CLRED ME TO TAXI TO RWY 19R. THE CTLR ASKED ME TO READ BACK MY RWY ASSIGNMENT AND I CONFIRMED; 'TAXIING TO RWY 19R.' AS I APCHED THE APCH END OF RWY 19R; I REQUESTED TKOF CLRNC. THE TWR CTLR CLRED ME TO 'CROSS RWY 19R AND TAXI INTO POS AND HOLD RWY 19L.' I READ BACK THIS CLRNC AND COMPLIED. I WAS IN POS ON RWY 19L FOR ABOUT 1 MIN. I WAS THEN 'CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 19L; CAUTION WAKE TURB FROM DEPARTING ACFT RWY 25.' I READ BACK MY TKOF CLRNC AS 'ROGER; CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 19L.' ON TKOF ROLL; AT ABOUT ROTATION; I OBSERVED APPARENT ACFT MOVEMENT TO THE L OF RWY 19L AT AN INTXN DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME. AS I CONTINUED MY CLB OVER THAT INTXN; I OBSERVED A TAXIING ACFT COMPLETING HIS MOVEMENT ACROSS RWY 19L. I INFORMED THE TWR CTLR AND HE GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND TOLD ME TO 'TURN TO A HDG OF 175 DEGS AND CONTACT DEP;' WHICH I DID. NO EVASIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN (OR NECESSARY) ON MY PART TO AVOID THE INTRUSION. IT IS MY GUESS THAT I PASSED OVER THAT INTXN AT ABOUT 200-400 FT.
