FO REQUESTED TO FLY IN IRO POS 3 TIMES DUE TO PERCEIVED INABILITY TO PLEASE CAPT! REQUEST VEHEMENTLY DENIED. FO HAS PROFESSIONAL AND MORAL OBLIGATIONS TO BRING UP INFO PERTINENT TO FLT AND ASK QUESTIONS. COMS HAD BROKEN DOWN TO THE POINT THAT THIS WAS NOW NOT POSSIBLE. FO CONSIDERS SIT UNSAFE AND REMOVES SELF FROM COCKPIT. FO THEN CALLS COMPANY OPS CTL IN THE UNITED STATES AND SPEAKS WITH SUPERVISORY PLT. FO REQUESTS SUPERVISORY PLT TO TALK WITH CAPT: FO REQUESTING TO FLY IN IRO POS; FOR THE CAPT TO BE CIVIL TO FO AND DIFFERENCES TO BE PUT ASIDE FOR A SAFE; EFFICIENT FLT BACK TO THE STATES -- AND FOR DIFFERENCES TO BE RESOLVED STATESIDE. CAPT AGREES. INFLT; CAPT BREAKS AGREEMENT. CAPT DEMEANS FO IN FRONT OF PAX AND FLT ATTENDANTS. CAPT VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO THE FO WHILE FO FLYING IN R SEAT (FO WORKING AS THE RELIEF PLT FOR THE ORIGINAL IRO).
