B727 CREW HAD A TAXI CONFLICT WITH A B767 ON TAXI OUT AT FLL.

Narrative

THE RPTR'S B727 CALLED FOR PUSHBACK; THEN TAXI; AND WAS CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 9L. SIMULTANEOUSLY; A B767 WAS ALSO CLRED TO TAXI VIA THE SAME RTE; AND WE DETECTED A CONFLICT. I CALLED GND CTL 2-3 TIMES TO GET OUR SEQUENCE WITH RESPECT TO THE B767. THE CTLR BECAME IRRITATED AND CONTINUED TO ORDER US TO TAXI TO RWY 9L. FINALLY; WITH NO CONFLICT RESOLUTION; THE CAPT OF OUR ACFT STOPPED THE ACFT AND SET BRAKES. THE CAPT TOOK THE RADIO AND SAID 'HEY GND; WAKE UP. (WHAT IS OUR SEQUENCE?)' THE CTLR REPLIED; BELLIGERENTLY; 'I AM AWAKE SIR; SAY YOUR POS!' WE DECIDED THE CTLR WAS NOT SITUATIONALLY AWARE AND WE SEQUENCED OURSELVES BEHIND THE B767. I WAS EXASPERATED AND RECOGNIZED THE CTLR'S VOICE AS SOMEONE WHO HAD CAUSED PROBS BEFORE ON MIAMI APCH. I SAID 'I GUESS THAT'S WHY YOU GOT FIRED FROM APCH.' LATER; WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF BEFORE THE ACR B767; WHEN THE TWR CTLR FIXED THE SEQUENCE; I REPLIED 'I GUESS YOUR GND CTLR SCREWED UP AGAIN; HE SUCKS.' THE TWR CTLR RESPONDED 'ROGER THAT.' LATER; THE TWR RPTED MY VOICE COM WITH OUR COMPANY BUT FAILED TO MENTION THE CTLR'S MISTAKES. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 423952: AFTER PUSHBACK FROM FLL; ACR X; UNDER MY COMMAND; WAS CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 9L WITHOUT ROUTING OR HOLDING RESTR. I BEGAN TAXI AND NOTICED AN ACR B767 EMERGING FROM THE E SIDE OF THE TERMINAL APPARENTLY MOVING TOWARD TXWY T8; WHICH WAS DIRECTLY IN OUR PATH. I STOPPED THE ACFT; AS DID THE ACR B767; AND THE FO ATTEMPTED; TO NO AVAIL; TO RECEIVE SEQUENCE FROM GND. WHEN HE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL; I ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THE CONFLICT WITH GND AND ADVISED THEM THEY NEEDED TO 'WAKE UP.' THE GND CTLR RESPONDED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE WE WERE ON THE FIELD AND ONCE AGAIN CLRED US TO TAXI TO RWY 9L VIA TXWY T7; AGAIN CAUSING A CONFLICT WITH THE SAME ACR B767 ACFT. WE SPOKE (THE CREW) AND DECIDED THE GND CTLR WAS UNRELIABLE AND PROCEEDED WITH CAUTION. THE TWR CTLR RECEIVED INCORRECT SEQUENCE FROM GND CTL; SO IT APPEARED THE GND CTLR NEVER DID RECOGNIZE WHERE WE WERE.
