Narrative
ON JAN/XY/99; I TAXIED XYZ; A BE1900D TO THE DEICE PAD FOR ACR AIRLINES AT MKE. THE DEICE TRUCK INSTRUCTED ME TO SHUT DOWN THE L ENG TO DEICE. I DID AND THEY DEICED THE L SIDE. THEY THEN SAID TO START THE L AND SHUT DOWN THE R. I DID AND THEY DEICED THE R SIDE. THEY THEN RADIOED THE DEICE INFO AND SAID TO START THE R ENG. THEY THEN DROVE THE TRUCK AROUND IN FRONT OF THE PLANE AND OUT OF SIGHT ON THE L. THEY THEN RADIOED THAT I WAS CLR TO TAXI FROM THE PAD. DUE TO SNOW ON RAMP AND IN AIR; AND GLYCOL ON WINDOW; VISIBILITY OUT THE SIDES WAS LIMITED. I TAXIED FORWARD FOLLOWING THE TAXI LINE; AND THE L WING HIT THE REAR OF THE DEICE TRUCK; WITH SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE L WINGTIP. THE DEICE TRUCK WAS WHITE; THE RAMP WAS COVERED WITH SNOW; AND THE WING WAS WHITE. AFTER THE IMPACT THE ACFT WAS SHUT DOWN AND THE 4 PAX SHUTTLED BACK TO THE GATE. MAINT INSPECTED THE ACFT AND I TAXIED IT TO THE GATE. THIS WAS A NEW DEICE PAD; WITH NEW PROCS FOR BOTH PLTS AND DEICE CREWS. AFTER THE INCIDENT SEVERAL CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE PROCS.
